Extended Services- Lunch Club and Wraparound Care

Lunch Club for Nursery Children and Ryesings Children who are at least 3 years old is a great success with children attending either after their morning session or before their afternoon session for 45 minutes of supervised play and activities. Children bring their own packed lunch and eat together, learning important social skills with the lunch club staff. There is a charge of £4.00 for lunch club and booking is essential.

'Wraparound' care is open to children who attend the Nursery classes whose parents may wish to purchase additional hours, these hours are wrapped around the nursery sessions. The charge per hour for 'Wraparound' care is £5.00 This must be booked in advance through the school office

Speech and Language Therapy Services

The school centre commissions Margaret Brent, an experienced Speech and Language Therapist, to our staff team for one day a week. She is able to plan and carry out enrichment activities for children on our school roll in Ryesings and the nursery school. She is also able to offer advice and support to parents who may have concerns about their child’s communication skills.
